چکیده:
One of the issues raised by opponents in criticism of the Islamic legal-jurisprudential system is the issue of the Holy Quran's recommendation to strike women in case of disobedience to the husband. Critics argue: 1. The prescription of striking women by the Quran is inconsistent with their dignity; 2. This ruling can facilitate or exacerbate domestic violence; 3. Striking a woman does not only fail to correct her, but also causes resentment and acts as a double factor for her rebellion; 4. What benefit does a man gain from this forced and painful intercourse if he strikes his wife and forces her into sexual relations?! 5. This ruling is one of the reasons that justifies and explains the accusations of promoting violence, misogyny, and patriarchy regarding Islam! In the present writing, while providing a comprehensive and new explanation of the jurisprudential dimension of this issue, we have analyzed and explained the most important psychological and educational wisdoms present in this Quranic strategy.

com Abstract: One of the issues raised by opponents in criticism of the legal-jurisprudential system of Islam is the issue of the Holy Quran's recommendation to strike women in case of disobedience to the husband.
Islam, based on a monotheistic perspective of legislative Lordship (Ya-Sin: 60) and on the basis of justice (Ma'idah: 8), benevolence (Baqarah: 195), and the equal value of men and women (Al Imran: 195; Ahzab: 35; Hujurat: 13), has declared any form of harm to others, including striking, absolutely forbidden and prohibited (except for the execution of Qisas, Hudud, or Ta'zir by a valid court ruling), and has specified various obligatory and situational rulings for the offender (see: Imam Musavi Khomeini, 1427 AH, Vol. 2, Chapter of Diya).
Therefore, Islam has not made striking women obligatory or recommended, but has instead allowed men to discipline her with a specific quantity and quality (which will be referred to later) and under special circumstances (the fear of the woman's total disobedience of marital duties).
First stage: Cognitive-Motivational strategy (فعظوهن): The recommendation of the Holy Quran is that the believing man, upon detecting behavioral signs indicating disobedience and indifference on the part of the woman, must first admonish her.
