The importance of tourism is such that in land management, it is considered as a valuable and growing part in the field of economic approach and has less risks and costs in the field of investment due to the availability of resources and low prices compared to other projects. is. Attention to the security and national security approach can be considered as one of the most important and fundamental issues in tourism development. Therefore, the present study seeks to analyze the role of land management in tourism development in Sistan and Baluchestan province with a security approach. The present study is "descriptive-analytical" in terms of development-applied purpose and approach to the research space in terms of method. Exploratory methods have been used to collect research data. The sample size is 400 people. Delphi methods, one-way analysis of variance test, Levin F test and Pearson test were used to analyze the research data. According to the Delphi method, the most important dimension of tourism development is the tourist safety index (with a score of 8.4). Based on Pearson correlation coefficient, with 99% confidence and error level less than 0.01 between land use planning and tourism indicators including environmental (0.59), economic (0.66), service (0.67), socio-cultural (0.69), political (0.65), information and advertising (0.63), competitiveness (0.68) and tourist security (0.71) There is a direct (positive) relationship. The results showed. All aspects of land management have an effective role in tourism development and the concept of land management has a positive and significant relationship with tourism development and national security.
