چکیده:
The aim of the present research is to justify how female infections recur due to marital conflicts based on the concepts of the systemic approach (especially triangulation). To this end, women who had visited the medical center several times for infection treatment and had experienced recurrence despite medication consumption were subjected to semi-structured interviews. The interview questions were extracted and organized from the McMaster Clinical Rating Scale (MCRS), the Biores questionnaire or the Family Self-Report Inventory (SFII), and the Standardized Clinical Family Interview (SCFI). The number of interviews reached saturation at 15 cases. The methodology of this research was qualitative, and the data were analyzed using the thematic analysis technique based on the concepts of the systemic approach. The sampling method was purposive, and samples were selected and interviewed from among those who had visited the medical center for infection treatment and met the inclusion criteria. In this study, the author identified eleven triangles. Based on other results of this research, an infection triangle has been formed. Marital conflicts themselves are an important factor in creating family stress. Stress causes a reduction in the body's defense system, which can be a factor in causing female infections (vaginitis). Ultimately, based on the findings of this research, the infection itself forms a triangle that reduces anxiety, and according to the concepts of the systemic approach, this becomes the very reason for the recurrence of the infection.

And according to conducted research, among the consequences of 1Christensen and Jacobson 2 Gilbert 3 Bowen important, stress in women affects their physical health and causes diseases such as gynecological infections.
This is stated by saying that marital conflicts are one of the important sources of family stress, and stress in turn is an effective factor in weakening the body's immune system, and the weakening of the defense system in turn causes the provocation of physical diseases, including women's infections.
The systemic approach used in this research can play a very important and effective role in identifying the sources of conflict so that women can effectively identify their conflict resolution methods (by addressing the original source of the problem), the result of which is a reduction in individuals' anxiety levels and consequently an increase and improvement in their physical health level.
Despite expressing it and bringing up the problem, it may be the factor causing anxiety and creating disorder in marital relations; for example, subject number 4, in his own view, considers infertility to be a solved issue because many years have passed since it occurred, and he has no conflict problem.
Based on the text of the interviews with women who are dealing with female infections and also experiencing conflict with their husbands in their personal lives, the result of this research shows that one of the destructive consequences of marital conflicts is the injection of stress and anxiety into women, which causes a decrease in their body's immune system, the immediate consequence of which is the recurrence of female infections.
