چکیده:
The purpose of the present research was to formulate the worker sports strategy of Saipa automotive company. The method used in this investigation was a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the present research consisted of worker sports managers in Saipa automotive company, heads of worker sports committees, policymakers, and worker sports stakeholders in Saipa automotive company, from whom 80 people were selected using the simple random method based on Cochran's formula. A researcher-made questionnaire appropriate to the research objectives was used to collect information, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed in this research. The results showed that Saipa company tends towards a defensive strategy in the field of worker sports. It is concluded that the worker sports policymakers of Saipa company place more focus on reducing the weaknesses and threats of the mass sports sector.
