چکیده:
This article is derived from a thesis and examines the factors affecting divorce. The findings of this research show that the ability to waive the wife's right to divorce by her own volition and with full consent can significantly contribute to reducing divorce rates in society. This is because most divorces occur for trivial reasons, which indicate issues such as poverty, lack of pre-marital education for couples, low cultural levels in society, and rising expectations of the wife due to social competition and comparison within society. The research method is descriptive and analytical, of the ex post facto type.
