چکیده:
The theory of economic and social autonomy is actually based on the right of people to development. The theory of economic and social autonomy has two fundamental pillars: the first pillar is development, which from the perspective of this theory must be in the direction of economic, social, and cultural growth; also, the second pillar is distributive justice, which means the enjoyment and sharing of development by all members of society. This theory provides the grounds for legal transformation in the principle of permanent sovereignty over natural resources and seeks to create equal rights for all humans by reducing or eliminating the inequalities inherent in the international economic system. In simpler terms, this theory, which is consistent with the United Nations Charter, is the right of people to be able to freely achieve economic, social, and cultural progress and also to jointly benefit from the results of these advancements. According to proponents of this theory, the theory of economic and social autonomy will play a significant role in realizing human rights and fundamental freedoms in the future. Furthermore, from the perspective of the ideators of this theory, when these two principles become a universal obligation throughout the world, every single human being will be more immune to repressive and undemocratic actions carried out by their governments. Additionally, if governments provide the necessary conditions for realizing human rights in step with other dimensions of development, it can be expected that they will contribute significantly to the advancement of international law as well as the progress of humanity.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Today, a third theory exists regarding the principle of equality of rights and individual autonomy, which was not foreseen in the initial concepts of autonomy but is specifically consistent with the Charter of the United Nations; it consists of the right of people to be able to freely achieve economic, social, and cultural progress and also to benefit collectively from the results of these advancements.
Therefore, according to this Charter, the right to autonomy is divided into two categories: 1- The right to autonomy of peoples under colonization 2- The inalienable right of the people of a territory to enjoy freedom for economic and social development However, although the second type of autonomy is generally accessible to all individuals, it cannot be claimed by an ethnic or racial minority that exists within a state where they enjoy equal rights, are not subject to discrimination, and are able to participate in the election of their chosen government.
In fact, it implicitly means recognizing the use of force by any authoritarian and non-elected government against its people as illegal, and also the obligation to respect the freedom of will of the people of that territory; consequently, the right of other states to collectively take actions through the United Nations or regional organizations to recognize the rights of the peoples of these countries, so that the possibility of guaranteeing their certain right to self-determination is provided.
