The great blessings of the Islamic Revolution The Islamic Revolution brought an end to a long historical decadence, and the country, which during the Pahlavi era and Qajar, was severely humiliated and extremely backward, was placed on a path of rapid progress; in the first step, it transformed the shameful regime of autocratic monarchy into a popular and democratic government and brought the element of national will, which is the essence of comprehensive and true progress, into the center of the country's management; then it made the youth the main protagonists of events and brought them into the arena of management; it transferred the spirit and belief of "We can" to everyone; by the blessing of the enemies' sanctions, it taught everyone to rely on domestic capabilities, and this became the source of great blessings: One) Stability, security, and preservation of Iran's territorial integrity First: It guaranteed the stability and security of the country, its territorial integrity, and the protection of borders that were targets of serious threats from enemies, and brought about the miracle of victory in the eight-year war and the defeat of the Ba'athist regime and its American, European, and Eastern supporters. The product of forty years of effort is now before our eyes: a country and a nation that is independent, free, powerful, dignified, religious, advanced in science, filled with valuable experiences, secure and hopeful, possessing fundamental influence in the region and having a strong logic in global issues, a record-holder in the acceleration of scientific progress, a record-holder in reaching high ranks in important sciences and technologies such as nuclear, stem cells, nano, aerospace, and the like, a leader in the expansion of social services, a leader in jihadi motivations among the youth, a leader in an efficient young population, and many other honorable characteristics, all of which are the product of the revolution and the result of revolutionary and jihadi orientations.
