The aim of the present research is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership with organizational health and job security of school principals in Azna County. The present study was conducted using a descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population included all 49 school principals in Azna County, and no sampling was performed; the entire population was studied as the sample. Data collection tools included the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire by Bass et al. (2001), the Organizational Health Inventory (OHI) questionnaire by Hsieh et al. (1996), and the Job Security questionnaire by Neisi et al. (1998). The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed through face validity by expert opinion. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient: 0.89 for the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire by Bass et al. (2001), 0.91 for the Organizational Health Inventory (OHI) by Hsieh et al. (1996), and 0.90 for the Job Security questionnaire by Neisi et al. (1998). Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the research data. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between transformational leadership and organizational health in schools of Azna County. Additionally, there is a relationship between transformational leadership and the job security of school principals in Azna County (P=0.0001).

The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and the structural and psychological empowerment of employees, as well as organizational citizenship behavior.
Given the importance of the concept of transformational leadership and with reference to the mentioned studies, the researcher in this study seeks to answer this question: Is there a relationship between transformational leadership and organizational health and job security of school managers in Azna county?
Research Hypotheses Main Hypotheses: 1- There is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational health of secondary school managers in Azna county.
Also, the research findings in the second main hypothesis showed that there is also a significant relationship between the components of transformational leadership and job security with a correlation coefficient of 78 percent at a high level, meaning this leadership style can be a provider of another important variable such as the job security of individuals in organizations, and especially in schools.
