The aim of this research was to examine the relationship between knowledge management strategies, entrepreneurial skills, and employee empowerment with organizational effectiveness and to provide a suitable model. In terms of purpose, this research was applied, and in terms of method, it was mixed (quantitative and qualitative). The research population in the qualitative section consisted of experts in the fields of educational management and higher education management, where 30 individuals were selected using the principle of theoretical saturation through purposive sampling. In the quantitative section, the population consisted of employees of the Islamic Azad University in Tehran province in the year 1397 (2018/2019), where 300 individuals were selected using Cochran's formula through random sampling. For data collection, library methods, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires for knowledge management (Nonaka and Takeuchi, 1995), entrepreneurial skills (Smith, 2003), employee empowerment (Spritzer, 1995), and researcher-made organizational effectiveness were used. The face and content validity of the tools were confirmed by expert opinion, and their reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method. For analyzing qualitative data, content analysis was used, and for quantitative data, exploratory factor analysis, correlation, and structural equation modeling were employed. The components of organizational effectiveness included organizational commitment, organizational health, organizational innovation, and job satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between knowledge management strategies, entrepreneurial skills, employee empowerment and their dimensions with organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the model fit indices indicated an appropriate fit of the model.

These issues are particularly evident among employees Based on the results of the table above, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management strategies and all its dimensions, including externalization, socialization, combination, and internalization, with organizational effectiveness in the employees of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Province.
Given the importance of organizational effectiveness in the growth and development of an organization and the limited research background, the present study was conducted with the aim of examining the relationship between knowledge management strategies, entrepreneurial skills, and employee empowerment with organizational effectiveness and providing a suitable model.
