چکیده:
After the occupation of Iraq and the overthrow of Saddam's Ba'athist regime, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq provided a suitable platform for the Zionist regime to pursue its foreign policy goals in military and security fields by being present in this region. This presence and expansion of influence in northern Iraq, due to bordering the Islamic Republic of Iran, provides a field of threat against the national security of this country. This research was obtained using an analytical and descriptive method and the use of library resources and the study of numerous articles. Its main goal is to examine the objectives and strategies of the Zionist regime in expanding its presence in Iraqi Kurdistan and its consequences for the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The argument of this research is that by expanding its influence in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, while securing its economic and military interests, the Zionist regime is also politically seeking control measures and creating a type of deterrence against the threats of the I.R.I. and the Resistance Front by finding a non-Arab ally in the region that borders the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Kurdistan Region, by establishing political relations with the Zionist regime, while securing its political, economic, and military interests, hopes that with the support of the United States and the Zionist regime, it can realize its independence-seeking thoughts and aspirations, namely the formation of an independent Kurdish government in northern Iraq. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as an effective and powerful regional actor, can, by evaluating the high capacity and potential that Iraqi Kurdistan has, given the commonalities Kurds have with Iranians, attempt to penetrate and establish better relations in various fields with Iraqi Kurdistan, seriously pursue its interests in this region, and by adopting correct macro-strategies combined with precise planning regarding the developments of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, neutralize potential threats arising from this area and turn them into opportunities.

Examining the Consequences of Political Relations between the Zionist Regime and Iraqi Kurdistan on the National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mostafa Saveh Doroudi 1, Houshang Khazaie 2, Seyed Majid Zamani 3 Abstract After the occupation of Iraq and the overthrow of Saddam's Ba'athist regime, the Kurdistan region of Iraq provided a suitable platform for the Zionist regime to pursue its foreign policy goals in the military and security spheres through its presence in this region.
In fact, the existence of Kurdish federalism tendencies has given the Zionist regime hope so that, in the event that federalism is realized in Iraq and Kurdistan achieves independence, in addition to establishing relations with the Kurds and putting the Iraqi central government under pressure, it can implement a strategy of creating disorder and ethnic conflict by being present in the region, and by inciting Kurdish ethnicities bordering Iraqi Kurdistan in neighboring countries, and especially Iran, provide the means for instability (Khosravi, 1383: 65).
Consequences of the political relations between Iraqi Kurdistan and the Zionist regime on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran A - Strategic vacuum and the presence of Iran's enemies in Iraq and security threats to Iran This strategic vacuum created in Iraq, after the overthrow of Saddam's Ba'athist regime and the weakness of the central government in establishing stable security, caused the countries of the region, considering the importance of this important strategic point in the Middle East, to exert all their efforts to exploit the opportunity that has arisen and influence the future situation of this country.
