چکیده:
One of the controversial topics in recent years is the issue of women entering stadiums and sports fields. The continuity of this debate and discussion has led to the presentation of numerous opinions and perspectives by religious thinkers and scientific experts. The present writing has been composed with the aim of criticizing and reviewing the scientific-jurisprudential reasons and documents of experts and thinkers who are for and against the presence of women in stadiums. Investigations show that despite the approval of laws and legal support for women, obstacles and challenges still remain. In this regard, benefiting from the supportive mechanisms of Islamic human rights is necessary due to their antiquity, breadth, and certain unique advantages for women. It is still necessary to promote public awareness, revise the dynamic jurisprudence of Shia Islam and religious ijtihad, formulate and provide legal-executive solutions, and approve modern laws appropriate to the demands and needs of women in order to protect and guarantee their rights and confront the obstacles and challenges faced.
