چکیده:
The main objective of this research is to determine the contexts of realization and implementation strategies of the educational system of Shahid Sattari Air University with a research-oriented approach. In order to collect information, a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale was designed, which measured the status of that university's educational system in the four dimensions of the research-oriented model. The statistical population of this research includes all professors and third-year students of Shahid Sattari Air University, from whom 334 individuals were selected using a random sampling method. The results obtained from this research show that the educational system of Shahid Sattari Air University is teaching-oriented and its dimensions deviate from the desired model.

Therefore, the teaching and learning method in the Turkish Military Academy is designed such that its goal is to achieve a model of officer competence in Implementation areas and solutions for the educational system of Shahid Sattari Air University with a research approach.............................
