The aim of writing this article, as suggested by its title, is to provide an investigation and discussion with a critical approach toward a legal principle. Regarding the principle 'insulting beliefs and sanctities is prohibited,' this article uses legal arguments and philosophical reasoning with a critical approach to answer the question: are there sufficient philosophical and legal possibilities for a law with the content of criminalizing insults to the beliefs and sanctities of others to exist in reality?
