چکیده:
The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of sensation seeking in the relationship between social media addiction and attachment style with family cohesion in married women. Methods and Materials: The present research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the present research includes all married women of Islamic Azad University, Nishapur branch. 200 people were selected as the research sample using convenience and voluntary methods. To collect data, Zuckerman's Sensation Seeking Questionnaire (1999), Hazan and Shaver's Adult Attachment Scale (1987), Salimi's Social Media Use Questionnaire (2014), and Samani's Family Cohesion Questionnaire (2002) were used. The research data were analyzed using correlation and path analysis methods with the help of AMOS and SPSS software. Findings: The findings showed that sensation seeking plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between social media addiction and attachment style with family cohesion in married women, and there is a significant relationship between social media addiction and attachment style with family cohesion in married women (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present research, it can be concluded that the relationship between social media addiction and attachment style with family cohesion in married women is not a simple linear relationship, and sensation seeking can mediate this relationship.

Considering the aforementioned topics and the relationship between the two components of attachment styles and longing for social networks with family cohesion, in this research, the researcher is seeking a factor that can mediate the relationship between the mentioned factors; given that sensation seeking is one of the personality traits of individuals and one of the components influencing the marital adjustment of couples, this factor is used as a mediator between the mentioned components in the present study.
Considering the aforementioned topics and the role of sensation seeking in the field of marital relationships; the researcher in the present study seeks to answer this general question: does sensation seeking play a mediating role in the relationship between longing for social networks and attachment style with family cohesion in married women?
Figure 1 shows the standardized coefficients of the direct paths for the fitted model of the mediating role of sensation seeking in the relationship between social network craving and attachment style with family cohesion in married women.
Discussion and Conclusion The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of sensation seeking in the relationship between social network craving and attachment styles with family cohesion.
Furthermore, research results showed that sensation seeking plays a mediating role in the relationship between social network craving and attachment styles with family cohesion.
