چکیده:
"The Holy Bible" in the thought of many Imami scholars is regarded as one of the books of misguidance, and any preservation or publication of it is considered forbidden (haram). Therefore, the mission of this writing will be to analyze the reasons behind this fatwa. The subject involves the identification of the two Testaments from the perspective and judgment of the Holy Quran at a specific stage; alongside a critical review of it from the viewpoint of Western thinkers and the admission of its forgery. Then, through criticizing the claims of some researchers regarding the non-applicability of the term "books of misguidance" to this collection, a jurisprudential and argumentative analysis is conducted. Finally, it appears that the prohibition of preserving the Holy Bible in its general sense includes any type of activity or program considered to be in the direction of the permanence and revival of this book. At the conclusion of the discussion, the works and consequences of this issue are addressed.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Sheikh Ansari and many later scholars after him, up to contemporary jurists, have issued fatwas regarding the prohibition of keeping books of misguidance and their printing and publication, and most of them have introduced the Torah and the Gospel as void and misleading.
Therefore, according to Muslims, God revealed the true Torah and Gospel, and both books were heavenly, and their contents were correct and divine; however, according to historical evidence and even the writings of Jews and Christians themselves, the current Bible has undergone forgery and distortion, and its contents are not correct.
" One of the superficial criticisms of the New Testament is that this collection was written by ordinary humans after the ascension of Jesus Christ (AS); Christians do not attribute any book to Jesus, and they consider the Gospels merely to be expressions of his life and words, written several decades after him.
The late Khoei, in addition to considering the chain of narration (sanad) to be mursal, argues that the indication of the noble narration does not follow through the non-applicability of the word "taqallub" (fluctuations/transformations) to retention, the non-concomitance of the prohibition of industry with the survival of the product, and the fact that disbelief is not strengthened merely by maintaining books of misguidance without the intention of misguidance; however, the belief of the author of this work regarding the chain of the hadith is that, given the reliability of the author and the authenticity of the original book, the widespread practice (mashhur) according to the content of this narration compensates for its weakness and being mursal.
