خلاصه ماشینی:
If humans, inspired by the life-giving commands of the Quran, engage in food control and management and pay attention to aspects such as moderation in nutrition, obtaining sustenance from lawful provisions, eating good things without excess, avoiding forbidden and unauthorized foods, and other similar recommendations, and if they recognize the goal of healthy and desirable living in this world and believe that everything has been placed in the hands of humans according to the will and desire of God, they will certainly achieve a healthy life.
In the cognitive pattern, the goal is knowing and understanding, and it expresses the concept that in Islamic education and training, a Muslim, when facing the subject of nutrition and its blessing, must first know certain issues and orient their view toward food and material sustenance in such a way.
One of the most important factors that can have very significant effects on our soul and upbringing is the issue of the lawful (halal) and unlawful (haram) morsel, and in this path, one must strive to have a lawful livelihood and not eat anything except from lawful wealth (Tabarsi, 1370) and know that the halal and haram nature of nutrition is determined by the Creator (Majlisi, 1364).
The etiquettes and points that are recommended to be performed before eating are as follows: taking off shoes (Barqi, 1371), washing hands (Kulayni, 1369), spreading the tablecloth (Muttaqi, 1419 AH), placing food on the ground (Ahmad ibn Hanbal, 1382), giving charity from food (Ibn Babawayh, 1382), contemplating on food (Abasa, 24-32), cooling hot food (Kulayni, 1369).
