چکیده:
The aim of this article is to examine the status of authority with an emphasis on collective conflicts and is a descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using the documentary method and studying 100 cases of collective conflict as a sample, with 40 cases in Baghmalek and 60 cases in Ramhormoz. Other research samples include 16 cases of holding gatherings with ethnic and civil inclinations in Baghmalek and 19 cases in Ramhormoz. The results show that the consequence of conflict, including murder, in the villages of Baghmalek is more than in the city and equals 81.25 percent. The findings show the conflict situation in the city of Ramhormoz is 75 percent and the consequence of conflict, including murder in the city, is 88.95 percent. An important point is that the conflict situation and the consequence of conflict in the city of Ramhormoz and the villages of Baghmalek, respectively, are more concerning than in the city of Baghmalek and the villages of Ramhormoz. The findings showed a tendency toward tribalism in Baghmalek and Ramhormoz counties at more than 63 percent, compared to 37 percent tendency toward civil institutions. Although the mediating role of 'patriarchal authority' has undergone transformation, the results have shown that a stronger tendency toward tribalism, increasing conflict and violence, and weaker sustainable civil development have occurred. As a result, the public sphere is caught in a 'pendulum' status and sometimes 'suspension of authority' and with a decrease in social capital. With the continuation of such a situation, the emergence of conflict and violence will not be unexpected. A situation that is concerning and a warning.

com Introduction and Problem Statement The aim of this article is to investigate the pathology of the situation of patriarchal and civil authority in the public sphere, with an approach to collective conflicts in Baghmalek and Ramhormoz counties.
The murder of two children by a father, the murder of a woman by her husband in the city of Ramhormoz, the murder of a young man by his maternal cousin, the murder of a child in a collective conflicts in the villages subordinate to Seydun, Baghmalek, and so on; in the public sphere of the two cities of Baghmalek and Ramhormoz, street conflicts are on the rise; patriarchal authority is declining, but specialization in the form of associations and institutions has not replaced kinship relations; therefore, a tendency toward tribalism is envisioned to be more prominent compared to the tendency toward non-governmental organizations.
The tripartite typology of legal-rational, traditional, and charismatic authority by Weber was intended as a framework for more topics expressed in the fields of sociological study (Stones, 1379: 66); therefore, the more you move along the line of development, from the north of the city to the south, or from the center to the periphery, tension, violence, and conflict are gradually observed more in the public sphere; in such a situation, social capital will be low.
