چکیده:
This study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between thinking styles and level of creativity with entrepreneurial capabilities of Bu-Ali Sina University graduate students. The research method was descriptive- correlational. The statistical population included all Bu-Ali Sina University graduate students. Using، stratified random sampling، 150 individuals were selected. To collect information related to thinking styles، Sternberg's standard questionnaire was used. A researcher-made questionnaire with 37 questions to measure creativity، and a 39 item researcher-made questionnaire to measure entrepreneurial ability were utilized. Data were analyzed using multiple regression test through SPSS21. Results indicated that (P <0/05) productive thinking styles can predict the creativity and entrepreneurial capabilities of students.
خلاصه ماشینی:
05 showed that generative thinking styles can be predictors of the level of creativity and entrepreneurial abilities of students.
Azizi (2013) in investigating the grounds for the emergence and development of entrepreneurship in final-year undergraduate and graduate students at Shahid Beheshti University concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables of belief in internal control, achievement motivation, risk-taking, and student creativity with their entrepreneurship.
Table 5- Evaluation indices of the regression model predicting the level of creativity based on thinking styles (Refer to page image) According to Table 5, 70 percent of the changes in the level of students' creativity can be predicted through their thinking styles, and given that the P value is significant at the P ≤ 0.
In Table 6, the results of the multiple regression analysis related to predicting the level of creativity based on students' thinking styles are shown.
In Table 12, the results of the multiple regression analysis predicting entrepreneurial abilities based on thinking styles are shown.
In this study, a positive and significant relationship between generative thinking styles and the level of students' creativity was confirmed, which is consistent with the research results of Emamipour and Seif (2009, Seif & Emamipour), Sternberg and Lobart (2005, Lobart & Sternberg), Ching and Chuan (2010, Chann & Ching), and Zhang (2014, Zhang).
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between generative thinking styles and entrepreneurial abilities.
