Quranic institutions and organizations can play a role in realizing the resistant economy in three axes: research, propagation and promotion, and action and practice, in proportion to their duties and expertise. The global hegemony system attempts to force understanding nations to surrender and retreat from their Quranic ideals using various tools, including unilateral and illegal sanctions. Therefore, one must engage in economic theorizing and modeling by standing up against the enemy's greed, so that in addition to proving the truthfulness and efficiency of Islam, a practical model for managing society based on the Quran and Sunnah is drawn in various fields, especially the economy. The only solution and the most important one for overcoming the country's economic problems and moving transformatively towards progress (production and employment) is to reject the seemingly scientific theories of Western humanities and economics graduates and to make a necessary and true return to the foundations of pure Islam, taking into account contemporary conditions; these two matters are well-realizable in the 'resistant economy.' Given the guidance of the Supreme Leader regarding the slogan of the year concerning the resistant economy, which preserves the country against Western attacks and brings about self-sufficiency and non-dependence, it is necessary that Quranic institutions and organizations also dedicate appropriate activity to achieving this important goal; because on one hand, the Holy Quran is the original source of divine teachings and the heading of transformations in Islamic society, and on the other hand, the members of Quranic institutions and organizations—including elites, professors, activists, learners, and others—play a major role in culture-building in Islamic society. For this reason, the potential capacities of Quranic institutions and organizations for realizing the resistant economy must be identified and activated. These capacities can be examined in three axes: the first stage is the axis of research and investigation, the second axis is promotion and propaganda among society, especially Quranic activists and their families, and the third axis is action and practice (operational and field-based). This research seeks to determine the efficient duties and responsibilities of Quranic institutions and organizations in realizing the resistant economy (production and employment) within these three axes.
