چکیده:
Objective: The present study aims to test the communication model between spiritual leadership and organizational well-being with the mediation of optimism among primary school principals. Materials and Methods: The type of study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all teachers and principals of primary schools in Khorramabad city, from which 91 principals and 231 teachers were selected as a sample using simple random sampling. Data were collected using Fry's (2005) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire, the Organizational Well-being Questionnaire (2014), and Ingram and Visnicky's (1998) Optimism Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and LISREL software and the structural equation modeling statistical method. Research Findings: It showed that the level of organizational well-being in primary schools is related to spiritual leadership and optimism. In such a way that well-being is related both directly (β=0.54) to spiritual leadership and indirectly through optimism (β=0.61). The overall model fit showed that the chi-square to degree of freedom ratio was 2.71, which indicates that the model fit is strongly confirmed. Conclusion: To create an environment with organizational well-being, school principals should first try to provide more opportunities for well-being in schools by presenting a useful vision and faith/hope and organizational commitment, and by establishing friendly communication with teachers and the work environment. Because through this way, they can both facilitate the achievement of high educational goals and result in better educational performance and feedback.
