Saadi is one of the social thinkers whose ideas are of great importance to study. The purpose of this research is to examine how political insecurity is reported to the Shah in Saadi's Gulistan. The research method in this article is structural understanding using direct integration into sets. From a theoretical perspective, the present article is based on Parsons' social system, and in this regard, the stories of the first chapter of Gulistan have been analyzed. The results of the research show that Saadi, by using stories and soft, sweet speech designed through a variety of mutual actions within different situations and characters, attempts to criticize the kings and draw the Shah's attention to the state of society, the severe insecurity related to various classes of peasants and soldiers, and the fall of the government resulting from this insecurity. He has been able to achieve this goal by using very subtle and clever multi-stage processes.
