چکیده:
The aim of this study was to identify the social factors affecting the perception of female employees and its four dimensions regarding the work environment status in the university units of Region 12 of Islamic Azad University. The sample included 132 female employees from the population of Region 12 units of Islamic Azad University, selected using a multi-stage random sampling method and assessed with a work environment assessment questionnaire. The results showed that there is no significant difference in the perception of the work environment among employees categorized by age, education level, marital status, and the four dimensions. Psychological dimensions and the concept of work are at a desirable level, but in terms of organizational and physical factors, the work environment status is not at a desirable level.

For this reason, considering the importance of creating a work environment with desirable quality to ensure job satisfaction, effective efficiency and productivity, enhancing work motivation in employees, and examining the status of the work environment from the perspective of female employees in its various dimensions in the units of Islamic Azad University Region 02, forms the primary goal of this research and study.
Since Islamic Azad University has less antiquity compared to state universities, studying and examining the work environment conditions with its four dimensions (the factor of the concept of work, neuropsychological, organizational, and physical) from the perspective of female employees in Region 02 of Islamic Azad University is also important for the recognition of the region's officials.
Research Hypotheses 1) It seems that the opinions of female employees in the units of Region 02 of Islamic Azad University regarding the work environment situation differ based on age.
2) It seems that the opinions of female employees in the units of Region 02 of Islamic Azad University regarding the work environment situation differ based on level of education.
B - Data Analysis It seems that the opinions of female employees of the units of region 02 of Islamic Azad University regarding the status of the work environment with the four dimensions (work concept, psychological, organizational, and physical) differ by age.
Hypothesis 2- It seems that the opinions of female employees of the units of region 02 of Islamic Azad University regarding the status of the work environment differ by level of education.
