چکیده:
The title of the present research is 'Investigating the effects of family order and conflict on violence against children residing in the city of Yazd in the year 1389'. The aim of this research is to identify the influencing factors, including indicators of family order and conflict, on violence against children residing in the city of Yazd, and to achieve an analytical theoretical model that examines important and influential factors with the help of related theories. The researcher, by posing the question of what effect the indicators of family order and conflict have on violence against children, has proceeded to analyze and explain the research topic. The research method is survey-based, and the data collection tools are the ENRICH and GTS questionnaires. The study sample consists of 384 children residing in the city of Yazd and 384 of their parents. The study sample was selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method and finally using a simple random method. SPSS and Lisrel software were used to examine descriptive and inferential statistics. Since the 'Goodness of Fit index' value of the research's theoretical model is 0.93, it can be stated that this model has an acceptable fit with reality. The obtained coefficient of 0.69 indicates the direct effect of conflict in the family on violence against children. The most important predictors of conflict, in order of importance, are conflict with the spouse, conflict with the child, and criticism of the spouse. Additionally, the obtained coefficient indicates an inverse effect of order in the family on violence against children at a rate of -0.52. In other words, order in the family has a reducing and effective effect on violence against children. The predictors of order in the family, in order of importance, are empathy, synchrony, shared thinking, and shared happiness. The most important predictors of violence, in order of importance, are: beating, threatening and lack of affection, insulting and depriving of play, neglect and not providing money, pushing and mocking in public, forcing the child to work despite their will, shouting, and expelling the child.

with the indices of violence against children (violence) which includes y1 "insulting" with 3 questions, y2 "expelling" with 3 questions, y3 "threatening" with 3 questions, y4 "depriving from play" with 3 questions, y5 "mocking in the family gathering" with 3 questions, y6 "not giving money" with 3 questions, y7 "neglect" with 3 questions, y8 "forcing to work despite individual preference" with 3 questions, y9 "shouting" with 3 questions, y10 "pushing" with 3 questions, y11 "beating" with 3 questions and y12 "lack of affection" as the dependent variable were measured, which is not different from the true pattern of the data.
Given the results of multiple regression analysis and the fit of the theoretical model of the research, it can be concluded with greater certainty that at the family level, conflict is the factor causing the emergence of violence against children, and order is the main obstacle to the emergence of this violence.
" The aim of this research is to identify the influencing factors, including indicators of family order and conflict, on violence against children residing in Yazd city and to achieve an analytical theoretical model that, with the help of related theories, examines important and influential factors.
