چکیده:
The family is a social system in which a disorder in any of its components and members disrupts the entire system, and this disrupted system, in turn, exacerbates the disorders related to the members and creates new problems. With this perspective, the disability of one of the children often leaves a negative impact on the entire family, its various functions, and each individual member. In other words, a child's disability in the family prevents the family from being able to perform its conventional functions in a desirable manner. The aim of this research is to evaluate the social adjustment of mothers of educable mentally retarded children and compare it with the social adjustment of mothers of normal children in the city of Yasuj.
