چکیده:
Undoubtedly, one of the great problems of international security is the phenomenon of terrorism, which has placed human lives and relations between nations at serious and fundamental risk. In the present era, the Islamic world is also facing the issue of the growth of terrorist currents arising from Wahhabi teachings, which, in the name of Salafism, have caused the killing of humans. "Kufr" (disbelief) is one of the most commonly used words in Takfiri terrorism, in which terrorists accuse their opponents of disbelief and proceed to kill them. For this reason, this type of terrorism is called Takfiri terrorism. Takfiri thought, relying on its non-Islamic foundations, challenges the beliefs and theological teachings of Islam. This movement, through a fundamental change in some of the most important ideological teachings of Islam, considers the blood, property, and honor of Muslims permissible and considers them worse than polytheists. What gives Takfiri thought its identity are its theological and ideological perspectives. The difference between Takfiri thought and Islamic schools of thought must be sought within the core of theological and ideological discussions. Although the ambiguities of Takfiri thought are expressed in the form of jurisprudential propositions, they have ideological presuppositions, and their roots must be found in the field of theological and ideological discussions. Accordingly, this article, by acknowledging the role of ideological and belief foundations in the realization of Takfiri terrorism, has placed this part of the subject as an important component in Takfiri terrorism in its focus, so that with a correct understanding of this movement, utilizing them in counter-planning becomes possible. Based on nature and method, this research is among descriptive-analytical studies; for data collection, documentary, historical, and library methods were used, and since the main subject of discussion in this writing was the recognition and, in a sense, understanding of the thought of Takfiri terrorism, the theoretical method was utilized in the analysis of data.
خلاصه ماشینی:
According to Mulla Ali al-Qari (an eleventh-century scholar), Ibn Hajar believed: The truth is that in the view of most past and present scholars, we never declare the people of innovation and whims to be disbelievers, unless their word or action is explicit kufr (disbelief), not merely being interpreted as implying disbelief, because according to a more precise view, adhering to a madhhab (school of thought) does not mean belonging to that madhhab [in terms of creed], and for this reason throughout history, Muslims have treated such individuals regarding marriage, praying over their dead, and burying them in Muslim cemeteries just like other Muslims, because although they are errant and sinful and should be considered transgressors and misguided, they did not intend disbelief through their words (al-Qari, vol.
Mulla Ali al-Qari, in his commentary on Abu Hanifa's Fiqh al-Akbar, after stating some scholars' views on takfir, writes in summarizing the opinions: None of the people of the Qibla are declared disbelievers, and the opinion of some based on the disbelief of the one who believes in the creation of the Quran, or considers seeing God impossible, or insults and curses the two Sheikhs (al-Shaykhayn) and similar matters, is problematic, just as the commentator of al-Aqa'id says.
The Wahhabi movement, disregarding the theoretical foundations of Ibn Taymiyyah and relying on Takfiri views considered the blood and property of Muslims permissible, and many crimes were committed in the Islamic world based on his views and those of his followers.
