چکیده:
Categorical action is directed towards an intellectual and ideological system and framework that takes shape in a somewhat complex process of thought based on a type of ontology. The determination and characterization of thought based on a worldview shows humans in society through their cognitive apparatus via the emergence and manifestation of their individual and social agency. Recognizing worldviews and the methods of recognizing them can place the actor under monitoring, surveillance, and investigation. In fact, it can be claimed that the transformations and actors in these fields and environments are the result of the dialectic and conflict of different worldviews. Understanding why an active human chooses a 'specific type' of action for themselves in transformations and situations is very important and depends entirely on the perceptual model based on their formed worldview, epistemological system, and ontology. Religious societies introduce religion through creed and the political matter through political theology. Creed and theological school are the operational, descriptive, explanatory, interpretive, and exegesis forms of religion that construct their interactive environment and their security, life, and ecosystem through a kind of 'extreme textualism.' Cellular life is a form of informal organization that exists rhizomatically under the skin, toward which actors in this field, including terrorist micro-organizations, have a serious inclination. In fact, perceptual frameworks (paradigms) are equipped through an ideological system and, through a cellular life curve, they initiate a model and pattern of life, living, and a specific type of biological security in stages, and finally (if necessary), they institutionalize, leading to a specific type of civility based on theological, doctrinal, and religious teachings. This article aims to address the issue that there is a relationship between perceptual models and frameworks, the type of biological life known as 'cellular life,' and the interpretation of security in Takfiri terrorist action, and this issue has a close connection with their theological (belief and political) foundations, which are addressed through analytical, descriptive, and semiotic methods to explain political theology and the political matter.

Keywords Political discourse, terrorism, cellular life, perceptual templates, interpretative security Introduction Recent transformations in West Asia show that we must have a new perspective on the concepts and sources of the emergence and manifestation of "power" and the way it is shifted and distributed.
These seemingly jihadist groups, with an emphasis on ISIS and its terrorist doctrine and creed, have so far been able to engineer and define the political matter with its own coordinates through a charismatic message based on texts and political discourse, and in this way, organize a type of perceptual model and life, specifically in a cellular form and centralized network-centric warfare 1.
