Meanwhile, the main issue the present study deals with is the lack of a structural- interpretative model by which the main factors of agility for marine sup- ply chain are defined and then the manner and extent of relation between and among the factors are analysed. Therefore, the main factors of agility for the marine supply chain are first defined through the literature of the study, Delphi Method and SPSS; then, through the algorithm of structur- al-interpretative modeling based on MATLAB software, the interaction of the mentioned factors are surveyed.
