Conclusion Undoubtedly, one of the most important and effective initiatives of the NAJA Traffic Police in controlling the growth and reducing fatalities resulting from driving accidents in Iran has been the passage of the new Traffic Law. Comparing the time period when this law became enforceable and the fluctuations in the accident rate trajectory, or comparing the number of deaths before and after the implementation of this law, has demonstrated its effectiveness.
