The results are as follows: Regarding the opinions of faculty members about the dimensions of the learning organization at Urmia University in the existing situation based on the type of faculty, a significant difference is observed between the faculties of Literature and Veterinary Medicine at a significance level of p > 0.
05) Between the opinions of faculty members regarding the dimensions of the learning organization at Urmia University in the existing situation based on years of service, a significant difference is observed between the groups with 6 to 10 years of service and 21 to 25 years of service.
Studies and investigations by Wick and Leon (1995), Alwani (1377), Baghi (1382), and Real 1 (2006) indicate that one of the important dimensions of a learning organization is innovation and initiative, and the findings of this research also indicate that, in the opinion of the faculty members of Urmia University, this dimension should exist in the university to a high or very high degree, but according to them, this dimension exists in the university at a low level in the current situation.
