چکیده:
Religious government, as a model for managing human society affairs to achieve true happiness, has long been subject to serious discussions and challenges. Serious opponents of this theory are secularists who believe in the separation of religion from politics and deny the formation of a government based on religion for various reasons. However, Muslim thinkers, due to the firm and logical foundations of this type of government, have always defended it throughout history. We believe that the best type of government is one formed on the basis of the religion of Islam, because in a religious government, the most complete law—namely Islam—is implemented and administered by the most perfect humans—the Infallibles—and its lofty goal is to bring the caravan of humanity to its original position, which is being the Khalifa of Allah. Therefore, such a government can be defended as the best model of government. Given the rulings of this law (the religion of Islam), it becomes clear that their full and precise implementation is not possible without the formation of a government. Thus, the necessity of religious government is proven as the support for the full implementation of the most complete law. This writing is an attempt to prove the necessity of religious government from the viewpoint of two Islamic thinkers, Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi (may Allah preserve them), and after explaining the preliminaries of the discussion with rational and traditional evidence, we will reach the intended goal.

The Necessity of Religious Government From the Perspective of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi Razieh Khani MA in Philosophy and Islamic Theology, Baqir al-Olum (AS) University Abstract Keywords: Introduction One of the fundamental and basic issues in the philosophy of politics is the issue of the necessity of government, which has been considered an indisputable fact from the early stages of human emergence, from its primitive and initial forms and the formation of human societies and the evolution in the structure of human life.
However, what was felt to be an existing void was an independent discussion on the necessity of religious government in a coherent and concise manner from the perspective of these two great figures, for as far as the researcher has searched, no article has been found that addresses this issue; therefore, an effort has been made to contribute a very small part, using the views of these two wise thinkers regarding this matter, towards clarifying the truths and resolving the intellectual knots of today's younger generation.
Therefore, in order to answer these questions, we will first refer to the discussion on the necessity of the principle of government and law in societies, and then proceed to prove religious government as the best type of government with reasons, and finally, we will prove the necessity of religious government and briefly mention the goals of forming such a government.
