The statistical population of the research included 148 female secondary school teachers, from which a sample size of 108 was extracted using simple random sampling according to the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data collection was carried out through field methods using Podsakoff et al.'s (1991) organizational citizenship behavior questionnaires, which include 5 dimensions: altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue, and Smith et al.'s (1969) job satisfaction questionnaire, which includes 5 dimensions: nature of work, supervisors or managers, coworkers, promotion opportunities, and pay and benefits. The reliability coefficient using Cronbach's alpha was calculated and reported as 0.86 for organizational citizenship behavior and 0.94 for the job satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling and LISREL 8.8 software in two parts: measurement model and structural model, resulting in these findings: 1. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction; 2. There is no significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and the nature of the job; 3. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and wage levels, promotion opportunities, management style, and interaction with coworkers.
