چکیده:
Adhan is one of the most important Islamic rituals. This beautiful and symbolic tradition serves as a means for the Muslim community to distinguish itself from others and brings numerous benefits. Despite its many beauties, this symbol of the widespread shadow of Islam over society sometimes loses part of its functions due to 'negligence, oversight, or bad taste' and becomes perceived by members of society as an unpleasant or at least undesirable event. This phenomenon, which must be addressed to strengthen the motivation and desire of Muslims to attend mosques and gatherings, causes distress to people, especially those living near mosques, and creates an incorrect image of the mosque and Adhan in the minds of society members, particularly children. The present research aims to express the importance and status of Adhan as well as its functions, and has attempted to be effective in reducing ethical damages in the broadcasting of the Adhan sound by providing appropriate and practical solutions.

The fundamental question of the present research is: what is the solution to resolving the ethical dilemma of abnormality in broadcasting the sound of the Adhan and the harm caused to those living near mosques?
(See: Mohammadi Rey Shahri, Mohammad, Farhang-nameh Adhan, Dar al-Hadith, Qom, 1384 SH) It seems that Adhan, as an institution of morality in the Islamic community, cannot be eliminated for the following reasons; rather, promoting the goals of Adhan and prayer on a wider scale is desirable and the will of God the Almighty.

The attention of mosque administrators to ensuring that people do not have bad memories of the mosque and its programs, and that abnormal sounds during the broadcasting of Adhan and other religious programs do not cause annoyance or boredom for the neighbors, provides the ground for the emergence and prominent presence of mosques in the cultural, political, and social spheres of the Islamic society.
