2- Location of Private Banks In this research, an attempt has been made to obtain a scientific criterion based on economic principles to determine the priority of different regions in the city of Tehran for the purpose of establishing branches for private banks, from the theory of (theory) microeconomics, we know that in a state of oligopoly, the number of sellers is so small that the individual decisions of one producer regarding price and quantity of production will have a significant impact on the way other competitors operate within the industry. Finally, after testing different combinations of the types of variables mentioned and removing those variables that did not contribute to improving the model, the following variables were identified as independent variables in the final model: Y : Presence or absence of Parsian Bank branch in the district B : Number of private banks except Parsian Bank in the district G : Average price of one square meter of residential unit floor area in the district J : Resident population in the district K : Number of wholesale and retail enterprises existing in the district N : Ratio of real estate ownership to total existing real estate in the district O : Number of central offices of companies and factories existing in the district R : Number of competitors (monetary intermediaries) existing in the district In Table No. 1, the estimated values of the coefficients of the aforementioned independent (explanatory) variables, which have been calculated using Eviews software, are provided.
