چکیده:
Background and Objective: This research is based on the understanding that human resources in the Law Enforcement Force hold more importance and a special position than in other organizations, and the human factor plays a valuable role in achieving the goals of the NAJA organization; therefore, preserving and maintaining this valuable capital must be a priority in human resource management functions. The pathology of the human resource retention system in NAJA was addressed with the aim of identifying the vulnerabilities of the human resource retention system in NAJA. Method: This research is applied in nature and descriptive-survey in method. The statistical sample size is 168 people. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire containing 34 closed-ended questions. The validity of the questionnaire was established by conducting a pilot test and obtaining opinions from experts, supervisors, and consultants, and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient at 97.91%. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, T-tests, and the Friedman test, and at the end, all four research hypotheses were confirmed. Findings: Each of the hypotheses had an effect on employee retention, but their effects were not equal, such that the impact of the fourth hypothesis, 'weakness in providing welfare services,' was greater compared to the other hypotheses. Conclusion: It was found that weakness in physical and mental health, as well as weakness in the salary and benefits payment system and weakness in the welfare services provision system, affected the human resource retention system of NAJA. Any neglect or negligence that leads to an increase in these weaknesses within the NAJA organization will cause various damages to the human resource retention system.
