Background and Objective: This article has three general objectives: first, it attempts to enumerate the environmental factors of managing the fight against economic crimes. Second, to calculate the significance level of the importance of strengths and opportunities in managing the fight against economic crimes. Third, to examine the synergy trend of some of the most important strengths and opportunities in managing the fight against economic crimes. Therefore, in order to achieve the aforementioned objectives, the correlation and congruence method was used. Method: This research is of an applied and developmental type. In this research, the correlation and congruence method is used, and for data analysis, the Chi-square test, correlation coefficient test, and multivariate regression have been used. Also, in order to measure the research variables, a group of experts, elites, and experienced officials in various fields of the headquarters and ranks of the Law Enforcement Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who have years of service experience in the field of crime detection and are familiar with economic crime and corruption matters, have been considered as the statistical population; 34 individuals were purposively selected from the statistical population, and their perspectives were used in the process of formulating the strategy to fight economic crimes. Findings and Conclusion: Managers and experts in crime detection, and especially in fighting economic crimes, believe that fighting economic crimes is always accompanied by threats from competitors and multiple elements, and on the other hand, it always possesses strengths and opportunities in its own environment that deserve intelligent and efficient management application within a strategic process framework. Based on the calculations performed, it can be boldly claimed that the method of calculating the degree of synergy of the most appropriate strengths and opportunities of managing the fight against economic crimes has many positive functions in the process of success in this field. Therefore, considering time and place conditions, especially the hidden and intangible functions of other influencing variables in utilizing strengths and opportunities in a hypothetical crime detection environment, is of great importance. Otherwise, strengths and opportunities will turn into other functional elements—at best, idle elements that lack effect and result and have no function in this process; and at worst, strengths and opportunities will turn into anti-functional or unjustified elements... that even act towards the realization of threats.

Also, in this research, the correlation method is used, which examines the relationship between the intended variables, and for data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics are utilized, such as the Chi-square test to determine and distinguish the best strengths, opportunities, and threats from a large volume of collected factors, and the correlation coefficient test and multivariate regression to calculate the level of significance of relationships and synergy between strengths and opportunities in neutralizing threats to the management of fighting economic crimes.
Comparison of 4 and 4/1 From the results of the calculations performed on the data of Tables 4 and 4/1, it can be inferred that in order to control and neutralize the threat of non-cooperation of some relevant agencies, managers of fighting economic crimes must use aligning the strength of the existence of talented and capable forces in the Deputy for Fighting Economic Crimes with the opportunity of the determination of regime officials in dealing with economic crimes and corruption.
Comparison of Tables 7 and 7/1 From the results of the calculations performed on the data of Tables 7 and 7/1, it can be inferred that managers of the fight against economic crimes, in order to control and neutralize the threat of the existence of dirty money in the country's economic cycle, should make more use of aligning the strength of having appropriate facilities and equipment with the opportunity of having regulations and laws for healthy economic activities.
