One of the important centers for providing and training proficient، specialized manpower is universities. Having competent and skilled manpower is necessary for each country's industrial growth and development .Therefore، it could be said that universities play a significant role in developing process of the country، provided that in addition to theoretical subjects، and emphasis to be also made on applied sciences and education، an other words universities shall become entrepreneur. students who are educated in such universities، with clear and positive minds could use the opportunity to search and discover unknowns and new ideas and by synthesizing and analyzing different variables and depending on their own personal abilities find new ideas that can be helpful to themselves and to others .So، in order to achieve this aim and establish stronger relation between university and industry، it is recommended that universities should: - reform and revise their syllabises - establish guidance and vocational counseling centers - based on a certain conditions، dedicate a quota for the yearly admission to those working industrial establishment.

Definition of Entrepreneurial University Regarding the entrepreneurial university, various definitions have been provided by experts have been provided, and in this section, several important and key definitions are examined: 1- Universities have two fundamental roles: first, transferring information to students to increase awareness and update their knowledge for starting and continuing a healthy and constructive life as a citizen; and second, teaching practical skills so that graduates can utilize these skills to engage in employment in the future, manage their lives, and become useful and productive for themselves and society.
An entrepreneurial university, however, is an institution that, in addition to teaching theoretical and mental content, provides students with information and job skills related to their field of study, clearly introduces them to the realities of the labor market and the career policies of society, assists students in recognizing their talents, interests, and limitations, and practically increases their skills for hunting jobs in the future by holding vocational workshops.
