Interview with successful mentor Mr. Gholamreza Veisi Includes images Interview by: Seyed Aliyar Afsharpour Note: With infinite greetings and salutations to the esteemed ideological-political mentors, in this issue of the quarterly journal, we have undertaken a short interview with one of the dear mentors who has been engaged in teaching and research for many years.
In addition to teaching in the fields and subjects of ideological-political training at the level of the IRGC, he has had successful experiences in the fields of management, educational management, educational planning, and curriculum.
In terms of executive activities, God has granted me success in recent years, and for a period, I have served as the editor-in-chief of this quarterly journal, "Morabian" (Mentors), as well as the "Housoun" quarterly, and publications such as "Maktab-e Jebheh" and educational entertainment materials.
Regarding this, I must say that the fundamental subject and axis of a mentor's work is teaching and learning, the result of which is change (as educational psychologists say) and, in our view, transformation.
I have usually reflected my opinions to the honorable editor-in-chief and other dear colleagues, and they are implemented; however, generally, I think this quarterly can be presented and published in two general ways: first, that its content serves as a basis for the continuity of mentors' training, which has certain requirements that must be observed.
The second form is that it should be published as a research publication, which must also be compiled in a scientific-specialized manner with a specific logical sequence, based on a precise needs assessment of the mentors, taking into account their scientific levels and teaching subjects.
