In this way, every manager at any level of management, by performing prayer, always feels that they are standing before an absolute and superior Being to whom they must be accountable for all their micro and macro tasks, because on one hand, God is a witness and a testifyer to all our actions; «إِنَّ اللَّهَ کَانَ عَلَی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ شَهِیداً» (احزاب: 55) [God is a witness to everything. Punctuality: The prayer performer is obliged to manage their daily time to make the best use of it; prayer ensures this in the best possible way and makes the prayer performer a disciplined, punctual, and alert individual, because they must stand for prayer at specific hours during the day and converse with their God, and deviating from it is a very great sin that, if not compensated for, will lead to a dire consequence, as the Quran describes the question and answer between the people of Paradise and Hell in the Resurrection as follows: «مَا سَلَکَکُمْ فِی سَقَرَ * قَالُوا لَمْ نَکُ مِنَ الْمُصَلِّینَ» (مدثر: 42 ـ 43) What led you into Hell? In this way, no matter how many great and extraordinary tasks the praying manager performs, they never settle for that and do not stop on the ladder of progress, always increasing their effort and activity to become closer to Him through serving God's servants, just as it was stated in the Quran: Tawdih al-Masa'il, Imam Khomeini, Issue 864, Islamic Publications, Qom.
