چکیده:
The existence of social, cultural, political, and ideological damages raised in society is among the factors that double the efforts of instructors and heads of training centers toward neutralizing, preventing, and ultimately securing learners. One of the key duties of an instructor to achieve desired educational goals is how to communicate with learners. In this writing, an attempt has been made to examine and explain the ways to establish communication between instructors and learners across three axes: instructors, learners, and content.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Today, designing new methods, attractive yet simple and adaptable ways to the world of learners, in order to create proper and deep communication with audiences who are role-model seekers and are precise and observant in the subtleties of behavior, requires attention to the importance of this role-modeling and behavioral subtlety, which depends on how mentors establish and maintain positive communication with learners.
The mentor should not limit education and training to classroom hours and should strive, given modern communications, to always be accessible to the learners and to play their scientific and behavioral role both directly and indirectly.
This is because lowliness and modesty become a factor for learners to realize that the mentor, despite their position, knowledge, and exercise of power in the classroom, has placed humility as the principle and axis of their behavior.
While being simple in speech and writing, he believed in the "language of the time" and the "logic of the era," and he considered learning the logic and language of today's generation essential for creating a connection with them, because if a mentor does not know the language and logic of their learner, they cannot first understand what the audience says and wants, nor can they respond to their questions and needs.
4 Whoever honors his brother, in fact, has honored God. Respecting and valuing the personality and thoughts of learners attracts them toward the mentor.
