چکیده:
The approach and performance of governments in the realm of international relations and the global arena return to their actions and reactions to ensure security, maintain the balance of power, realize national interests, and expand spheres of influence. With this definition, the Middle East, following World War I, with its rich energy resources, special geographical position, and strategic importance, has always been considered a target and an origin of America's expansionist thoughts. This issue entered a new phase with the entry of Barack Obama as the forty-fourth President into the White House. Currently, this administration is seeking to adopt new strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals and to overcome past failures. Therefore, to explain the current sensitive conditions of the region and the role of the United States of America, examining the substantive and formal dimensions of the Obama administration's strategies (regarding the Middle East) seems necessary and essential. Because America, at the center of all these attentions and cunning tricks, seeks the isolation and passivity of the Islamic Republic of Iran as the beating heart of the Middle East. Therefore, based on insight, intelligence, and doubled determination, we must place the necessary readiness to confront this deceptive approach at the forefront of our priorities.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Middle East peace negotiations, the combination of power and the future regime of Iraq, the fight against terrorism and discussions related to Afghanistan, the atomic project of the Islamic Republic and how to deal with it, and the disarmament and political weakening of Hezbollah can only be analyzed and interpreted on this basis.
After explaining these definitions, it can be said that the current government of the United States, after moving away from the power-centric realist procedures and the militaristic approaches of the neo-conservative administration, has laid the foundation of its national security theoretical structure in a new way by relying on neoliberal theory and accepting a combination of meaning-oriented theories (such as constructivist theories).
From the perspective of American theorists and futurists in the field of international relations, objectifying and realizing "smart power" is achievable in light of the deep recognition and understanding of the following capacities: 1 Hossein Ahmadi, America's New Strategy in the Middle East, Islamic World Quarterly, No. 37, Spring 2009, p.
1 With the victory of Barack Obama and the announcement of new strategies in the Middle East, this government is acting on two fronts: implementing the troop withdrawal agreement on one hand, and ensuring the continuity of its political and intelligence presence and institutionalizing its influence on the other; therefore, a new process was designed to secure long-term American interests in Iraq.
