چکیده:
In the teaching-learning process, the teaching elements (teacher), the learner (learners), and the educational content form the learning triangle. Additionally, teaching methods, teaching techniques, and instructional skills constitute another triangle in teaching-learning that completes the learning process. Therefore, the teacher and instructor play an effective role in educational management, the neglect of which leads to the collapse of the sides of the two aforementioned triangles. This means that in educational management, where the teacher and instructor play a direct role, recognizing educational goals, teaching methods and techniques, instructional skills, understanding the dimensions of triple educational planning (educational, classroom, and curricular), objective and scientific evaluation of one's own and others' educational results and performances, and how to utilize educational equipment and similar tools, leads to the effectiveness of the sustainable teaching-learning process and manifests as effective classroom management. In this article, the relationship and how effective classroom management is achieved through the correct and timely selection of teaching methods and techniques are presented in a condensed manner, and the professional teaching framework and its relationship with classroom management are examined. Furthermore, the general model of teaching, the characteristics of successful teaching, and how teaching methods change have been analyzed.
