Educational management is called top-down management or superior management; because its purpose is the scientific and practical training of humans, it involves very precise and complex processes, and its impact on individual, group, and collective life remains in the long term. One of the sub-branches of educational management is classroom management, which is very important in its own right and influential on the processes of education and training. In examining and studying this subject, the management of instructors and teachers in the classroom can be presented in four main axes, which are: 1. Necessary preparedness in effective classroom management; 2. Behavioral management of instructors with learners; 3. Educational management of instructors in class; 4. Essential and constructive concepts and points in classroom management. In this article, the first axis, meaning the necessary preparedness in effective classroom management, is briefly presented, which includes the following items: 1. Scientific preparedness, which includes knowledge and information, the ability to respond to learners' questions and doubts, as well as the ability of instructors to utilize educational media. 2. Spiritual and psychological preparedness, including the role of faith in God in classroom management, self-confidence and self-belief, motivation, belief, and the instructor's recognition of the way and goal. 3. Appearance and formal preparedness, such as having order and neatness, simple living, meeting physiological needs, vitality and freshness, appropriate expression, and movements and gestures. 4. Collaborative preparedness in the educational environment, which includes having a positive and hopeful attitude, understanding, compatibility, and mutual cooperation.

Therefore, having sufficient and useful knowledge and information regarding the subject becomes a factor that enables the educator to manage the class correctly, making the learners attracted to their educator and teacher, and resolving many classroom irregularities and problems.
