Knowing how the presence of the Imam of the Time occurs and how people benefit from and utilize his existence (during the era of Occultation) is one of the sweet and pleasant topics of the Mahdaviat doctrine. This article intends to provide a new perspective in this field by presenting three categories of narrations regarding the necessity of the Imam's existence, the method of benefiting from the Imam, and his presence among the Shiites; it is hoped that it will be accepted. Insha'Allah.

To answer these questions, in this writing, three categories of narrations are subjected to criticism, examination, and analysis, and finally, the conclusion of the discussion regarding how the Imam is present among the people during the era of occultation and the method of benefiting from and utilizing him is presented.
1. The first category: Narrations that indicate the necessity of His existence and state: If there were no Infallible Imam, the earth and heaven would not remain stable.
2. The second category consists of narrations that, in addition to emphasizing the necessity of the Imam's existence, tangibly compare the method of benefiting from and utilizing the Imam in the affairs of the world to the 'sun behind the clouds.
Thus, the Imam is present in every era and time, and the natural world and humans benefit from the light of his existence; however, he is hidden from human sight, just as the sun is not visible when it is behind a cloud.
Fundamentally, the benefit that the Infallible Imams provide to the world is like that of the sun, and only those who are blind of heart cannot benefit from the light of His existence.
The second category of narrations (the manner of benefit) clarifies, in addition to the principle of His existence, the nature of His presence in nature, stating that he is present in the scene of the world like the sun behind the clouds and proceeds to guide the people.
