چکیده:
Management is one of the topics that some consider a science and others consider an art or skill; of course, it does not matter which one is correct. What matters is that certain issues or micro-topics in management are raised whose benefits are not limited to one side, but rather both sides benefit materially and spiritually from possessing them. Among those skills is having the necessary ability to consult well, which in this article refers to the necessity and effects of consultation from the perspective of Hazrat Ali (in five points) and the characteristics of consultants (in eight points). By studying and applying these contents, managers can succeed in exercising management over their subordinates and providing appropriate and better services to superiors and clients.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Rumi says: O brother, seek a wise companion, tell the story of consultation with him Consultation grants perception and awareness, it helps intellects assist the intellect It brings solutions to the wise, making their opinion a key to the locked doors Intellect gains strength from another intellect, just as a craftsman becomes perfect through his craft Saadi says: Whoever plans without consultation, most of the time their arrow will not hit the target The root you plant without consultation, will bring nothing but regret The Necessity of Consultation Involving all people from every group, gender, position, rank, and expertise in management affairs is one of the primary principles of public participation.
In the management model of Commander of the Faithful Ali (AS), consultation (Shura) holds a special position, and he, in his pleasant words, has enumerated many effects and benefits of consultation; including: benefiting from the brilliance of others' thoughts, preventing destruction, identifying errors, achieving appropriate solutions, and preventing regret.
On the contrary, if during decision-making, one consults with rational and expert individuals and all aspects and angles of the issue in question are carefully examined, a correct and reasonable decision will be made and, as a result, it will not be followed by remorse and regret; as the Master of the Pious, Imam Ali (AS), says: «شَاوِرْ ذَوِی الْعُقُولِ تَأْمَنِ الزَّلَلَ وَ النَّدَمَ.
C - Identifying Errors Another one of the positive effects of consultation from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) is that consulting and using the viewpoints of others helps a person to recognize errors and mistakes.
