The victory and continuity of the Islamic Revolution of Iran have had three pillars: Islam, the people, and leadership, which are so intertwined and mixed that separating and measuring each one is a difficult and impossible task. In this article, how Imam Khomeini managed and led (in guiding the people) is briefly explained; because the role of the nation in the victory and continuity of the Islamic Revolution is an unparalleled and lasting role that took place with the artistry and special management of Imam Khomeini. He was able to guide and lead the people in the best possible way at different stages and under different conditions. The most important methods of management and leadership of Imam Khomeini can be listed as follows: 1. Continuous awareness raising; 2. Determining the destiny of the nation by its own hands; 3. Drawing the nation's attention to the results of the uprising; 4. Affirmation and encouragement regarding the efforts of the nation; 5. Strengthening the positive conduct and performance of the people; 6. Institutionalizing the role of the people; 7. Defining the duty of the Islamic government towards the people; 8. Reminding of the nation's victorious role in the past; 9. Defining the duties of the nation during the Sacred Defense era; 10. Signs of the emergence of the nation's power and success; 11. Success in great deeds, great enemies;
