چکیده:
Violations that cause harm to the consumer occur in two stages: 1- before the provision of goods and services and 2- during the provision of goods and services. In this article, under two main headings, consumer harm before the provision of goods and services and consumer harm during the provision of goods and services, violations such as: hoarding, concealment and refusal to supply products, overcharging and undercharging, lack of license, non-compliance with health and standard regulations, failure to display prices, and forced or incentivized sales will be examined.

Despite the fact that recently, in order to protect consumer rights, more serious actions are being taken against these violations, and in this regard, competitive rules have been established, including the law amending certain articles of the Fourth Plan for Economic, Social, and Cultural Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the implementation of the general policies of Article 44 of the Constitution; however, due to the lack of literature in this field and the necessity of serious protection for the consumer, we still require more serious investigations.
