چکیده:
Faculty members were selected. The method of conducting this research was correlational. To collect data, the modified Watkins and Marsick (2003) learning organization questionnaire, a researcher-made knowledge management questionnaire based on the theory of Nonaka and Takeuchi (1996), and a researcher-made Faqir quality management questionnaire based on the theoretical framework of Kanter's theory (2006) were used. The validity (construct and content) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha) of these three questionnaires were examined and confirmed. Statistical tests were used at two levels: descriptive and inferential (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, canonical correlation test, and discriminant analysis test). The results of the discriminant analysis also showed that the ranking of universities based on the main variables of the research, except for one university, was similar to the general ranking of the central organization of Islamic Azad University in other cases. Based on the research findings, it can be understood that the quality management checklist, learning organization, and knowledge management have enabled the classification of Islamic Azad Universities in Region Four of the country into comprehensive and non-comprehensive universities. The main goal of this research was to determine the discriminatory power of the quality management, learning organization, and knowledge management questionnaires in distinguishing Islamic Azad Universities into comprehensive and non-comprehensive groups. The statistical population of this research consisted of all faculty members and students of the Islamic Azad University units in Region Four of the country (20 university units), from which 12 university units (comprehensive, very large, large, medium, and small) were selected through simple random sampling with proportional quota, and 700 students and members were selected from them using multi-stage cluster sampling.
