The main objective of this research is to determine the dimensions and indicators of performance evaluation for commanders and managers in positions 17, 18, and 19 of the Basij Resistance Force.

The difference between this model and the ACHIEVE pattern is the addition of the organizational culture dimension in determining the evaluation indicators for commanders and managers of the Basij Resistance Force in positions 71, 81, and 91.
