چکیده:
It can be. Therefore, all these matters are desirable to help with God-worship. If one goes beyond this boundary, it results in the opposite of this goal and is not desirable and will no longer have value. The main direction of movement in Islamic management from the perspective of Islam is that we have an absolute value, which is God-worship and, in simpler terms, piety (Taqwa). Other values are introductory, relative, and instrumental. This is the absolute value. When we look at social issues with this view, we should not consider value only as higher economic yield. More profit and more product are desirable when they are on the path of God-worship. But if they lead to transgression, they have no value and are not desirable in Islam. (Inna al-insana layatgha an ra'ahu istaghna) 1. The goal of this article, after explaining the concept, foundations, and characteristics of value in Islam and other schools, defining Islamic management from the perspective of experts in this field, examining the impact of values in the field of management, and then a comparative study of the value system in Islamic management with Western management, and finally, based on the classification of management principles based on Islamic values from the perspective of Islamic thinkers and scholars, is to present a model in this field. 'Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them their religion which He has approved for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security.' 3 God mentions the result of such work in the continuation of the verse: 'They worship Me, not associating anything with Me.' To those who are people of faith and righteous deeds—an Islam-loving society—God promises that He will grant them awareness on the face of the earth, they will find honor in this world, He will remove the causes of insecurity from among them, and as a result, they will have a comfortable and peaceful life so that God-worship, which is the perfection of man, is realized and they can become acquainted with God. But when insecurity, hunger, and humiliation are present, the ground for the spiritual and soulful growth of humans is not provided. In the shadow of justice, comfort, and security, humans can think about the transcendence of their souls, not in the presence of backbreaking material and physical problems. Thus, the goal that Islam has in mind is the evolution of the soul. This goal overshadows all values, and all values are limited within this framework.
