Coinciding with these circumstances, Mr. Sershar, who had complete mastery of the French language, enrolled in the Higher School of Law and Political Science, continued his higher education, and obtained a judicial license in the year 1306. " In addition to teaching and instruction, he also provided facilities for new sports for these teenagers, so much so that even after thirty years, the people of Semnan have not forgotten the precious legacy and valuable works of the late gentleman and have always been grateful to him. But he was no longer able to continue his service and personally requested a leave of absence and applied for a legal practice license from the Bar Association (in the year 1311), and he remained engaged in this honorable profession until the end of his life. Another one of the prominent and valuable services of the late Mahmoud Sershar was the establishment of the "Guidance of Thought Center" (Kanun-e Hedayat-e Afkar), which, under his supervision and management and with the cooperation of several of his scholarly friends, formed a comprehensive center for science, literature, and in fact, an academy. Another valuable and brilliant work of his is the Bar Association magazine, whose scientific and educational contents have been studied and used by most esteemed readers.
